We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and forward-thinking person and are excited to be recruiting a Support Worker to support 6 individuals within our Supported Lifestyles Service in St. Austell.
About the Role:
This role is diverse and needs someone who can provide support and care to various people throughout their working day.
Each person has their own flat and receives a level of 1:1 support delivery at different times of the day and have access to a shared support hub.
This role will also include supporting an individual who receives 2:1 support when accessing the community and the successful candidate will be required to complete a 3 day de-escalation training course.
