As a Quality Improvement Lead, you are a skilled, credible, and values-led practitioner who works at the heart of service delivery — alongside support colleagues, and Registered Managers — to raise the quality of support, strengthen practice, and embed a culture of continuous improvement in the services you work with.

Quality Improvement & Practice Development

  • Identify gaps in practice, knowledge, or culture within the services you work with, and develop targeted, practical responses that address root causes rather than surface symptoms.

Role Aspects:

  • Audits & Quality Reviews
  • Service Improvement Plans
  • PBS Support Plans, Wellness Plans & Positive Behavioural Support
  • Reducing Restrictive Practices
  • Complex Risk Assessment
  • Complex Debriefs
  • Core Group Meeting Oversight
  • Training, Skills Development & Learning
