Support Worker for Waking Nights

Salary: £11.60-£11.80 per hour (night-waking rate between 10pm-7am) £10.60-£10.80 per hour (day working rate between 7am-8am & 8pm-10pm)

Hours: 12 hour waking nights 8pm to 8am over a 2-week rolling rota, available for contracts of 12/24/36 hours per week

Job Description

Havencare Homes and Support Limited is a forward-thinking charity that supports people with learning disabilities and autism, and we are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful, and forward-thinking people for our Support Worker waking night positions at one of our new services in South Brent.

You will be supporting a lady to move and transition from a residential service in South Brent to her own flat in the South Brent area, where you will continue to provide outstanding support. This will involve supporting late evening activities, providing personal care requirements, and ensuring the individual’s safety, health, and wellbeing over the night, as well as providing distressed behaviour support (as required). You will also support with daily living skills, some laundry and household tasks.
