In July 2024, we asked our workforce for feedback on our pledge: “We value individuality, we celebrate inclusivity, we pursue unity.” The results were impactful – even a 15% response rate gave us valuable insights into where we’re excelling and where we need to grow.

What We Heard:

Positive EDI Highlights included:

  • Everyone feels treated fairly.
  • There’s a great diversity in our team.
  • Ethnic minorities are being recruited.

EDI challenges shared included:

  • Understanding the cultural norms of our increasingly diverse workforce.
  • Face to face is not always humanising – this should be dependent on the individual and the situation
  • We have EDI policies but not aware of any initiatives

What’s Changed & What’s Next:

We’ve already taken action on some of our people’s feedback, but there’s more to do. Check out the full survey results We value individuality we celebrate inclusivity we pursue unity to see what’s been done and what’s coming next.

Our People’s Voices Shapes Our Culture:

Together, we will continue to Listen, Learn, and Act to make a difference.
