Working on the Quality Manual - Stephen
I have been helping the services manager update the service users quality questionaire using new CQC standards. To help all service users get a better service. I said some questions need to be explained better. This means that Havencare will use easier words and add new pictures. When I am happy with the new form, it will be used for all service users.
My day at work update
I had a good day at work today. I was working on the DVD work that i have been doing. I have been helping my support Tom and Angela to edit some of the DVD work that we filmed a couple of weeks ago. Good bye from me and good bye from him!!! PS what do you think so far!!!!! More pictures to come next time
Stephen update
I have had a good day at head office, i have been working on the quality benchmark document with Angela. I now have my contract in picture format that i wanted. We have had good fun filming my life story with a cup of tea that we are going to look at using this for a DVD about Havencare supported living. I am back next week to look at how we are going to use the footage we did today. I will keep you all up to date with progress and when my film is complete i am going to post onto this website.
