Stephen's work on the quality audit for Havencare
Today I have sampled many of the quality questionaires that have been returned. This is part of my Job in helping with the 2011/2012 quality improvement plan. People are most pleased about the support from Havencare, in helping to stay healthy. Some people have said although communication is good it could be better as sometimes people miss out on news of what is happening. I am going to help work on this within the quality plan. My job is teriffic and I want to do more hours.
Stephen's Health and Safety Training
Today Ive been doing my health and safety training. I did this on the computer, so it helped me with my computer skills too. I had to pass a test to do my training, it was a long test but I enjoyed it. I ve challenged the rest of the office to beat my result of 90%. Stephen
