This combination of personal and collective responsibility for regulated activity drives up quality, increases peer support networks, and enables our Registered Managers to reach their full potential.
About Havencare – Havencare has been making a difference for 35 years, changing the lives of people who have learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and other support needs. Our big aims include every person having a home that is right for them, and support for the life they choose. We provide direct support services to over 100 people and some bespoke housing across Cornwall and Devon (from Penzance to Teignmouth) with a growing workforce of 270 staff. We have the potential and the passion to do so much more, making a difference locally, regionally, and nationally.
