Botchill House is registered to accommodate 12 people. The house itself is a very large former farmhouse and has lots of space and character. The house is set in approximately 3&frac; acres of land which also accommodates a very large ancient orchard.
The house is a rural setting being approximately 1 mile from Dawlish, which is easily accessed by use of the two house vehicles.
The house has space which is dedicated to supporting people to develop more independent living skills, and the opportunity to be creatve. There are spaces for people to be as social as they choose, or cosy spaces where people might like a quieter moment.
